Naturally as the Digital Creative Lead you will report to the Managing Director and work closely with other department heads to improve the quality of the creative output for the agency and the wider group.

As well as increasing your own reputation you will be also tasked will developing and improving the overall brand of the agency as well.
To be considered you must have:
- Strong conceptual capabilities.
- Extensive team leadership skills and proven track record in mentoring and guiding creatives.
- Problem solving skills.
- 7+ years as either a digital art director or design lead.
- Online portfolio of award winning work.
- Sound understanding of UX/UI, HCD, and Design thinking.
- Background in working across a variety of digital channels from mobile, websites, social media, innovation work.
